People’s Assembly
The general assembly of Uchucklesaht citizens is to be known as the Uchucklesaht People’s Assembly. Each Uchucklesaht citizen has the right to attend and participate in the Uchucklesaht People’s Assembly.
General Assembly
The Uchucklesaht People’s Assembly convenes at least twice annually. All Uchucklesaht citizens have the right to attend and participate in the Uchucklesaht People’s Assembly.
Every Uchucklesaht Citizen that has attained the age of 16 has the right to vote on any resolution presented at the Uchucklesaht People’s Assembly and the Uchucklesaht Council (Legislature) shall consider all recommendations passed by the Uchucklesaht People’s Assembly.
