The Uchucklesaht Tribe Governing Structure “honors our past and embraces the future” ensuring the continued existence of the Uchucklesaht Tribe as a strong political, social and cultural community that aspires to grow as an organized, determined, successful and self-reliant peoples. The Uchucklesaht Government shall consist of a legislative branch, an executive branch and a Uchucklesaht Tribe Peoples Assembly.
The departments of the Uchucklesaht Tribe Government provide essential services, help steward our natural resources, and develop our economy for the benefit of our citizens.
